Hostinger contracts through a different entity depending on the customer’s country; the one shown above is the entity serving France according to its own terms, to be confirmed on the subscription invoice. French law also requires the host’s telephone number to be published, yet Hostinger publishes none in its legal documents: ask its support, or failing that state the means of contact it officially confirms.

Cooked is software published by PANASSE, which owns the copyright in it.
All the elements making up this site — text, interface, visual identity, logo, screenshots and illustrations — and the Cooked software itself are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of PANASSE, with the exception of trademarks and elements belonging to third parties.
Cooked is not a registered trademark at this date: the name is protected by copyright and by commercial use, but no INPI or EUIPO filing has been made. Filing remains possible later; the “registered trademark” wording and its number would then have to be added here.
Apple, Mac, MacBook, macOS, MagSafe and Apple Silicon are trademarks of Apple Inc. Cooked is independent software, not affiliated with Apple Inc., nor endorsed or sponsored by Apple Inc. Other product names mentioned for comparison belong to their respective publishers.
