Changed your mind? Say so here.

You have fourteen days from your purchase to withdraw, and you don’t have to give a reason. Fill this in and we refund you in full, to the card you paid with. No cost, no conditions, no phone call.

The one that received the receipt. It’s the only way we can find your order.

It starts with ORD- and it’s on your receipt. It helps, but we manage without it.

You owe us no reason, and it changes nothing about your refund. We read every one.

You can also just write to contact@cookedapp.io. A plain email saying you withdraw is worth exactly as much as this form, and it counts from the moment you send it.

Fourteen days, from the purchase

The clock starts the day you buy. Digital goods often lose this right the moment they’re downloaded. We deliberately don’t ask you to waive it, so it stands whatever you’ve already installed.

The full amount, on the same card

No restocking fee, no partial refund, nothing kept back. The refund goes to the means of payment you used, which is the only one we can reach.

This page is the record

Your acknowledgement carries the date and time we received the request, and so does our copy. You don’t have to trust our memory for it.
